Lisbon Declaration on Youth Policies and Programmes

The papers is a report made by Governments participating in the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth in cooperation with the United Nations, convened by the Government of the Portuguese Republic in cooperation with the United Nations, who gathered in Lisbon from 8 to 12 August 1998. It covers national youth policies, participation, development, peace, education, employment, health, and drug & substance abuse.
