Human Development Report Honduras 2008/2009

This report intends to place the issue of youth in a prominent position on the public agenda, and does not only intend to be a mere assessment of the knowledge of youth, of their problems, their dreams and aspirations. It also offers a set of guidelines for policies, programs and projects to promote social inclusion, citizenship building and human development. Moreover, it aspires to become a basic instrument for designing public policies and executing socially agreed actions that contribute to strengthening the capabilities, op- portunities and rights of the Honduran youth.
