Abstract

The Caribbean Regional Youth Council is the collective voice of National Youth Councils and represents the voice of youth for the Caribbean. It was established at the '3rd Caribbean Youth Leaders’ Summit' in 2013 with the inaugural Executive Board elected. This concluded with the 2013 Communique, establishing the CRYC and committing to a series of actions. It is supported by the Commonwealth Youth Program Caribbean Centre. The 2013 document is the Communique of the 3rd Caribbean Youth Leaders Summit held in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia in December 2013.
