About
African Network of Youth Policy Experts (AfriNYPE) is a regional organisation focusing on the development and strengthening of youth policies across Africa. AfriNYPE was established by African delegates at the First Global Forum on Youth Policies in 2014 to enhance advocacy for youth policy implementations and realisations among African countries. The network facilitates knowledge development on youth policies, advocates for renewed commitment to youth policies, monitoring the level of implementation and impacts in the lives of African youths, and enhance data on youth.
Participation
AfriNYPE notes that they have 40 countries as members of the network, however it is unclear in what structure this takes. There are no visible formal mechanisms for youth involvement available online. Interested young people and youth organisations are advised to contact the organisers directly: http://www.afrinype.org/contact-us/.
