During our side-event at the World Conference on Youth, on May 7 at 6:30 pm in Room E1, we will launch our 2014 Report on the state of youth policy. We have copies of the book available, and will publish the report online shortly after the launch event.
Back in January 2013, of 198 countries, 99 (50%) had a current youth policy. A further 56 (28%) were revising their existing or, in a few cases, developing their first national youth policy. A total of 43 states (22%) had no youth policy (yet).
15 months later, the situation has changed impressively.
Come and join us and Ahmad Alhendawi, the UN Youth Envoy, to discuss the state, progress and challenges of youth policy!
