Reuben Makomere and Laurence Watson talk to Yaseen from the Maldives and Kennedy Liti from Kenya to find out more about how climate change is causing conflict in their countries. Yaseen talks about the Maldives’ reliance on imported food, and the increasing food prices caused by extreme weather events causing conflict in his country. Kennedy talks about the recent conflict in the Tana Delta between farmers and pastoralists over grazing land.
