This toolkit aims to provide a resource that opens up the ‘development agenda’ conversation to hear the voices of young people; it looks to provide a means of sharing and valuing young people’s stories and experiences; and hopes to ensure that the results generated will go towards influencing a post-2015 agenda that is meaningful for young people, especially the most marginalised, around the world.

Designed to facilitate conversations with young people, this toolkit represents a critical resource for all those committed to bringing young voices to bear on discussions surrounding the post-2015 development framework.
Drawing influence from a variety of partners across the globe, the toolkit represents specific input from Sierra Leone, India, Nepal, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Kyrgyzstan, Croatia, Kenya, Romania, the Philippines, Ghana and Tanzania, ensuring its applicability to ‘any youth organisation in any country’.
Containing activities that function either as stand-alone exercises or as part of broader consultation agendas, the toolkit outlines a methodology allowing any organization to contribute directly to this particular youth consultation project.
