World Youth Forum

The UN World Youth Forum was a series of conferences hosted by the United Nations, bringing together youth organisations, young people and civil society with UN agencies and bodies. The conferences led to the first World Youth Conference in 1998 in Lisbon. The conferences and corresponding outcome documents were: • 1st World Youth Forum - Vienna, Austria, 1991 • 2nd World Youth Forum - Vienna, Austria, 1996 • 3rd World Youth Forum - Braga, Portugal, 1998 • 4th World Youth Forum - Dakar, Senegal, 2001
